I have to give credit where credit is due…Seth is 16 months old and for the very first time he was sick this week. Now he has had a runny nose a couple of times, but nothing major. I think 16 months is a pretty good record, considering how much he is around other children. He has been attending the church nursery since he was 2 weeks old, every Sunday and Wednesday.
This week he had the stomach bug where he couldn’t keep anything in. Poor guy! And Mom handled vomit a whole lot better than she ever thought she would. Seth was a trooper, but has spent the last 4 days curled up in the recliner watching his movies and reading books. Today he seems more like himself and we may venture out to church tonight…I am just waiting to hear back from the doctor about him possibly being contagious…I wouldn’t want anyone else to catch it!
I just hope it is another 16 months before we see anything like this Stomach Bug again!!!
