A couple of weeks ago, my family went with our church on a family mission trip to Baltimore. It was an awesome experience and it was so nice to do it as a family!
We went to help a church plant called Captivate Church. The pastor there has such an incredible vision to reach Baltimore, both suburban and inner city. You can read more about his vision on their website.
There were 26 of us from Wakefield that went. We canvased neighborhoods, painted the inner city church, did a VBS at an inner city learning center for children, and helped set up the new church for Captivate’s launch in October.
