Yesterday (Saturday) evening, I got a special treat…Henna. This is one of the many beautiful customs of India. I have had it done before, but not quite up to the ornate level as I got yesterday.
This is the sweet young girl, who helps my friends each day in their home…. but she is more like family to them. She is very gifted with the art of henna.
I get to take a little bit of India home with me. 🙂 It will stay on there a few weeks.
Please pray for this sweet girl. She has been asking lots of questions about the Father!
Lyla, was asleep, but when she saw it on my hand the next morning she just started at my hand and then gave me a big smile. Later in the day, she took a black marker and tried to “henna” my other hand. 🙂
