It is so hard to believe that my firstborn is six!
Seth you are such a blessing from God! Your Dad and I love watching you grow up and you are now not looking like a little boy anymore. (sniff sniff)
You definitely are the oldest… you love to boss your younger siblings around and you are always asking if you can be in charge. Most of the time this is a good thing, because you are a good example for them. You really are a great big brother. You are very close to Levi and dote on and play with Katy Pierce. You are also excited to be having a new little brother very soon.
This past year, one of the most exciting things to watch as a parent took place… You started to read. It was so fun to watch you graduate from reading certain words to then reading sentences and books. You seem to do pretty well in school and we have always thought you were smart.
However this year, you did come home a few times and announce that you loved your teacher and your friends, but you did not like school! haha
Spiritually, you are growing too. This year you had Ms Andrea as your Sunday School teacher. You often come home and tell me what you have learned at church. You are always talking about Jesus and asking great questions.
As far as food goes… you still are not that into vegetables. But you will at least try them.
This year you played soccer and t ball. You can definitely tell you are getting better at soccer since this is your second year. You were also a great a tball. Really good at bat, you even got the game ball for going 6 for 6 one game. Your fielding we still need to work on. 😉
Your closest friends are our neighbors (The Campbells) and Kameron from school. You also talk a lot about Jaiden and Kaiden from school, as well as Owen.
You love playing outside with your friends. You jump on the trampoline a lot! You enjoy playing on the iPad and of course, TV. In fact you love those two things so much, that we have to limit your screen time.
We are so proud of you and the little man you are turning out to be!
Our prayer is that you will continue to seek and search after God!
