Last week our family took a short road trip to Newport, TN. We stayed in one of the Tennessee State Convention Baptist Centers… Carson Springs. It was beautiful and surrounded by the gorgeous mountains of Smoky Mountains National Park. It was fun to get away and be outdoors.

Believe it or not in the tiny town of Newport, TN…. they had one of our most favorite meals ever…
Japanese or as Seth like to call it “The Fire Place.”
Seth and Levi also like the movie Kung fu Panda.
Here is Seth mimicking a scene from the movie when Po the Panda puts a noodle on his face and makes fun of Master Shifu’s long mustache. It really amazed me that Seth just did this on his own and remembered that one small part from the movie.
We even got it on video!
