We took a hike at Cheyenne Mountain State Park and also went to visit Focus on the Family.
Look at my Levi! 🙂
Uncle Mike, Scott and Levi
Aunt Patty and Seth brining up the rear
A friend spotted along the way.
At Focus on the Family, most of everything is dedicated to children. Up stairs they had some art galleries, awards, letters, and various items given to Dr. Dobson throughout the years displayed, but the entire bottom floor is nothing but an indoor playground. And, it is free! Now that would be a great place to take your kids every week!
A movie theatre for kids
Just part of the play ground
A plane kids can climb inside of
This was also a theatre room and my camera doesn’t show it, but it had little twinkling lights in it that looked like stars.
Seth mad that he can’t go on the big slide. Mommy got to ride it, and it was actually a little scary. 🙂
The room for kids 0-2. Had a cushion floor and some fun things for them to see.
They had a room dedicated to The Chronicles of Narnia…you could walk through the wardrobe door and come out in Narnia.
They had tons and tons and tons downstairs. They had a play radio station, where kids could see what it was like to be a radio hosts. A stage to act on. They had dress up rooms. A bookstore…i could go on and on. Definitely a great place for kids!
