Today was the official grand opening service for Wakefield in our new church building. It was exciting, busy, and packed. We had approximately 650 people…God is good!
To me, the best part was seeing 6 people baptized (3 adults and 3 children). How awesome and what a testimony to the work of Christ!
It has been a great morning and it’s not over yet…Tonight our exploratory team that went to Mozambique for missions will be reporting on their trip and talking about what our church can do there in the future. I am chomping at the bit to go with the next team! I fell in love with Africa while on the Amazing Race and I can’t wait to go back!
