It is so humbling to me every time I get an email from my husband telling me to raise the thermometer, because once again a donation came in.
We were so touched by a dear family from my home church, and the church where Scott and I met… Taylors First Baptist… that gave towards the adoption. I just cried when I opened their card!
Then the next day, a sweet family in our current church put a card on Scott’s desk. This month is Pastor Appreciation month, so we have been getting some cards here and there from our congregation.
Anyways, we opened the card and there was a check for the adoption!!! We were stunned by their incredible generosity! They said in honor of Pastor Appreciation Month they wanted to give to support our family. Needless to say… tears welled up again!
Most of all I am thankful for God’s provision and the generosity He has placed in the hearts of His people!!!
