The weekend before we went out of town, we had our women’s conference at church. It was awesome. The Lord really blessed our women with a great weekend.
One of the best parts for me was seeing old friends. Our main speaker is a dear friend of mine from home, Ruth McWhite. She was great and every time she speaks I feel the Holy Spirit convicting me of things I need to work on in my own life. It’s good stuff!
Another friend I got to see was one of my suite mates from college…Tasha Via. She and her husband Josh led worship for us and it was incredible. Josh sounds just like the guy from Third Day. But more importantly, they brought us to the throne room each time they led us in worship! It was great seeing them! They also brought a fellow North Greenville University friend, Tim, to play the djembe drum.
