Thanks to all who have prayed for Courtney. She had a great interview and the pageant starts tomorrow. She has evening gown Tuesday, physical fitness Wednesday, and Talent Thursday. If she makes the top ten or goes any further we won’t know until Saturday! Please continue to lift her up!
Scott’s first Sunday was great. We really love Wakefield and already feel at home! I will post pics from the church soon, so everyone can see!
Seth is doing great. Already sleeping about 7 hours each night! Which has been great for me. I will post some pics of him soon. He has been doted on all weekend by pageant girls. He was just smiling away and cooing. He is already learning to flirt.
We also had our first celebrity siting…Taylor Hicks from American Idol was in Spartanburg at the hotel all the contestants were staying at…anyways, I tried to get Seth’s pic with him for fun, but it didn’t work out. Oh well.
We have also been able to talk to my brother a good bit through instant messenger. He said to thank everyone for their letters and packets. One of the soldiers that hadn’t been getting any mail got some yesterday from my Mom and Brent said he was “floating around” that it made him feel good for someone to think of him. So remember to support your troops!
